Luxury is being redefined. Digital acceleration, sustainability imperatives, geopolitical complexity, and shifting consumer values are reshaping the industry at its core. With this transformation comes a new question: what defines the next generation of leaders in luxury?

This event is a collaboration between FLUX and the HSG Alumni Club Luxury, bringing together students and leading voices to explore the skills, mindsets, and values that will shape tomorrow’s luxury talent landscape. Together with renowned industry expert Thomas Prantl, the evening will offer direct insights into what it truly takes to enter and excel in luxury today.

Confirmed speakers include:

Each expert will open with a concise perspective, followed by a moderated panel discussion led by Thomas Prantl and Dora Maric. The conversation will address key questions shaping the industry:
